Press

"The directors and actors have to fend for themselves in recreating, say, a train and a plane crash. Even a door. In other words, expect almost no tech from the VSC’s tripartite staging, but a ton of creativity. And therein lies even more fun, as much for the directors and actors as for the audience." - Seven Days
"It might be a conceit that entertains audiences with structural sleight-of-hand more than it illuminates them, but the production — and especially the question-and-answer session with the triumvirate of directors following the presentation — does offer a few insights into the mind of a director." - Burlington Free Press
“'The Bake Off' divides a popular play into three parts, each presented by a different director and cast. This year, the play was Christopher Durang’s wacky comedy, “Beyond Therapy,” and the cast changes Tuesday were made mid-scene — seamlessly and hilariously."
- The Rutland Herald
