Summer Theatre Classes
Acting, playwriting, storytelling, and directing for adults of all experience levels. Six weeks starting mid-July. All experience levels welcome.
Education Programs
Through our three education programs, Vermont Stage brings professional theatre into classrooms and school auditoriums across Vermont, reaching more than 2,500 students every year.
Grades K - 5 • Statewide
Suitcase Stage
Professional actors bring children’s plays directly into classrooms and cafeterias across Vermont, introducing the magic and fun of theatre to our children.
Grades 6 - 12 • Statewide
Public Square Plays
Plays for teens about timely civic themes that spark conversation in classrooms and strengthen students' connections to each other and their communities.
Grades 6 - 12 • Statewide
Vermont Young Playwrights
Students write original plays in their classrooms. Then they are directed and performed by artists at our theatre at a grand festival.
