Wendy Bell
Wendy Bell is an actor, Jazz & Show vocalist, choral director, piano instructor and music educator. She has degrees in Integrated Arts, Music Education, and Jazz & Contemporary Performance. Her life-long love of theater has led her to study acting, improvisation, playwriting, directing, costume and make-up design. She has also been fortunate to research music and theater in places as far flung as Brazil and Japan. Performing in both community and professional theater, her roles include: Elizabeth in Richard IIIrd, the Psychiatrist in Marvin’s Room, Dorine in Tartuffe, Essie in You Can’t Take It With You, Joanna in Godspell, with multiple roles in both Quilters and Spoon River Anthology. Wendy now teaches piano and voice to students of all ages at Bell Piano and Music Lessons, Colchester. After hours, she may be found singing romantic Jazz ballads at venues throughout Vermont . . . “Pennies in a stream . . . “
