Ruth Wallman
Ruth has been performing throughout northern Vermont for 25 years. Favorite
roles at Vermont Stage have included Jean McLean in The Quarry by Greg
Pierce, Virginia in The Clean House, Dorothy in Inspecting Carol,
and Mother in True West. Other roles include Queen Elizabeth in Will
for the VT Shakespeare Company, Clairee in Steel Magnolias and Gingy in Love,
Loss and What I Wore for Girls Nite Out, the rabbi in Angels in America
at UVM, Kate in All My Sons at Champlain College and Grandma in the
Saints and Poets production of The Witches. Training: Yale Drama School and eight years
Off-off Broadway.
