Paula Cope
Paula grew up in Brooklyn and immigrated to the west coast of Vermont at the age 16 to attend the University of Vermont as an emancipated minor. Theater has always been important to her ever since her grandmother took her to Broadway at the tender age of 7 and she currently chairs the Vermont Stage Board. The entire Cope Family has been involved with Vermont Stage at one time or another.
In addition to being on the exit ramp of retirement after 32 years as a management consultant, Paula is working on a book with her daughter on creative parenting and keeps threatening to write a play. She has authored dozens memoirs and short stories and intends to keep writing well into the next decades.
