Nicole Alicea Dash is an entrepreneur, writer, licensed Realtor and marketing/branding expert. She has started several successful businesses and is well versed in creating a brand and growing a loyal customer base. She began her career as a journalist and copy editor and has managed public relations and corporate communications for a national franchise company. Her foray into entrepreneurship began in 2006, when she started a successful child care business. In 2013, she began helping other small business owners with digital marketing. Through those connections she was inspired in 2016 to open Play, Work or Dash, a coworking space that also offered onsite childcare up to three hours per day. With this success, she began public speaking about using authentic connections to find success in business. She currently uses her skills and expertise as a licensed real estate agent representing clients in Northern Virginia as part of the top rated real estate team Debbie Dogrul Associates, LLC, of EXP Realty. She strives to personalize her services to the needs of every client.
