Mary Wheeler

Mary studied Theater at Ithaca College and UVM. A director, musician, composer and playwright whose full-length musical was professionally produced in 2007, she also directs Vermont Youth Theater’s summer full-immersion Performing Arts Intensives and school-year Shakespeare classes. Favorite roles include Vermont Stage’s 2013 production of “Good People” (Margie); Lost Nation Theater’s “Rose” (Rose); Skinner Barn’s “Always, Patsy” (Louise); and Unadilla Theater’s “Heartbreak House” (Hesione). Mary teaches voice, violin, piano and acting to students of all ages with studios in Barre, Burlington and Montpelier.
