In his day job, Jesse Cooper co-owns Flywheel Industrial Arts, a custom metal and wood shop where they design and build architectural components for homes, businesses and public spaces. Recent acting gigs include Treasure Island at Lost Nation Theater, The Kid Thing with Vermont Pride Theater Festival at The Chandler Center for The Arts, Twelfth Night (Orsino) and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Oberon) at Unadilla Theater, Developed to Death with the Civic Standard in Hardwick, and he is a member of the on-again, off-again sketch comedy troupe of Dirt Road Theater, and their show Customer Service. He’ll be in Dirt Road Theater’s production of Cry it Out later this summer at The Grey Space in Northfield, VT and Phantom Theater in Warren, VT. He is so happy to be hanging out at Vermont Stage for The Bake Off!
