Jeff Modereger (Scenic Designer)
As a Full Professor at University of Vermont, Jeff teaches scenery design and scene painting. Stepping down after ten years as chair, this year marks Jeff’s twenty first year in the Department of Theatre. His professional life spans 40 plus years and nearly 450 productions with credits ranging from national and international tours, regional theatres, opera and dance companies, off-Broadway, Broadway, Industrials, television and the silver screen. Jeff is represented by the National Holocaust Museum’s exhibit of Remember the Children: Daniel’s Story. As an original member of Vermont Stage, Jeff’s work includes: Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, My Ohio, Doubt, Amadeus, The Tempest with the Tyco Drummers, The Last Station, I Am My Own Wife, The Clean House, 4000 Miles, Good People and the list goes on and on.
