Jabari Matthew

Jabari Matthew
Jabari Matthew is from the Bronx, New York City. He graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and the Performing Arts where he trained in dance. Jabari is now a current junior at Middlebury College where he has been active in theatre. Some of his Middlebury College acting credits include student directed and/or written shows such as For Colored Girls, Fewer Emergencies, Protocol, and Getting Out. Other favorite acting credits include Middlebury College’s faculty directed shows of A Clockwork Orange and Flare Path. If Jabari isn’t acting, he may be performing spoken word poetry with Middlebury College’s spoken word group Verbal Onslaught, staying active with dance, or working as a certified oratory coach with Oratory Now. Jabari is both excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with Vermont Stage.
