Dan Bishop
Dan is a freelance bass player from Stamford, CT, living and working in Burlington since 2010. He attended Saint Michael’s College and has studied a wide range of music from European classical to traditional West African music to rock and jazz. He teaches upright and electric bass at Advance Music Center in Burlington and can be seen playing locally with groups: Sabouyouma, Ivamae, Grundlefunk, Justin Panigutti Band, and Stephen Callahan Trio. Dan is also a partner/producer with local record label, Vermont Pop.
