Michael F. Luck

The author, Michael F. Luck is a tried-and-true Vermonter. He is married to Barbara Wilson and has three children and three grandchildren. His natural talent in theater arts, leadership, and teamwork paved the way to a successful professional career as a senior executive at universities and healthcare systems throughout the U.S. An educational anthropologist, Dr. Luck has a keen understanding of kinship systems, how genetics provides a roadmap for life, and the way in which humor is used as a social lubricant and a weapon. Classes in "The American Humor Tradition." Dr. Luck’s philanthropic leadership raised more than $4.5 billion for the betterment of hospitals, colleges, universities, and civic organizations. His recent manuscript for his children and family has been made into a book  entitled, “Don't Tell Anyone: My Journey from Secrets and Lies to Discovery and Understanding.” (Rand-Smith Books and Amazon)
