Fred Patchen ​

Fred is a native of Texas. Much of his theatrical training and experience was gained on various stages across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex from 1985-2008.  He and his husband, Gary, moved to Winooski, Vermont, in the fall of 2019, where he soon got reconnected with the theater scene.  Recent credits include "Middletown" with New Stage Players, "The 39 Steps" with Lamoille County Players, "As You Like It" with The Valley Players, and "Frankie And Johnny In The Clair de Lune" as part of the 2024 Bake Off with Vermont Stage.  Special thanks to Stefanie for the referral and encouragement during auditions.  And, as always, Gary for his unending love, support, and assistance with the line readings.  Fred looks forward to sharing the stage with him this summer in Green Mountain Shakespeare Festival's production of "Love's Labour's Lost" in Plainfield.
