Jon van Luling
Jon van Luling is overjoyed to make his return to directing the Bake Off for Vermont Stage. Jon is a transplant from the Boston area with over 15 years experience in Performance, Improv, and Stage Combat, from Chicago to various states in the Northeast. Previously he has directed Barefoot in the Park for the Bake Off and several sketch revues and improv teams. You may have last seen him as Daedalus in Beasts of Crete (Between the Willows) or as Facebender in Airness (Vermont Stage). He uses his very little free time to improvise stories and characters with his daughter Morgan and would like to thank his ever-patient, and supportive partner Kyr. He would like to also thank Harley and Izzy for taking on a huge challenge and being open to change, and to Cristina, Jamien, Laura, Jill, and the amazing casts and crew. I hope you feel we're connecting, not missing, tonight.
